The Load Module provides three pairs of standard banana jacks that are connected to the VBATT, +5V_SYS and VCC_SYS power buses of the standard 104-pin CubeSat Kit™ connector. The Load Module can be used to draw power from these buses, or (with strict attention paid to the voltage limits of each bus) to inject power into them.

The Load Module is a useful accessory to connect high-power loads to the 104-pin CubeSat Kit bus in two different ways:
The M80 connector pins closest to the PCB surface are all connected to GND. The M80 pins farthest away from the PCB surface are pairwise connected to VCC_SYS and +5V_SYS (J391) and +12V_SYS & VBATT (J390), respectively.
Two optional resistors R1 & R2 are provided to select where the 12V signals on J390 come from; depending on what power systems the customer is using, either R1 or R2 can be fitted at the factory:
The power buses associated with each banana jack are clearly marked on the top layer silkscreen. CAUTION: This module contains no protections against excessive currents drawn from or out-of-range voltages applied to/through the banana jacks. Extreme caution must be observed when utilizing the Load Module to inject power into any of its four power buses. Failure to observe these precautions may result in the immediate destruction of connected devices.

The Load Module is a useful accessory to connect high-power loads to the 104-pin CubeSat Kit bus in two different ways:
- Banana jacks are provided to connect to VCC_SYS (+3V3), +5V_SYS (+5V0) and VBATT (8-28V depending on the application).
- VCC_SYS, +5V_SYS, +12V_SYS and VBATT via two 8-pin Harwin M80 connectors (J391 & J390).
The M80 connector pins closest to the PCB surface are all connected to GND. The M80 pins farthest away from the PCB surface are pairwise connected to VCC_SYS and +5V_SYS (J391) and +12V_SYS & VBATT (J390), respectively.
Two optional resistors R1 & R2 are provided to select where the 12V signals on J390 come from; depending on what power systems the customer is using, either R1 or R2 can be fitted at the factory:
- R1 routes power to/from H2 pins 39 & 40 from/to J390.
- R2 routes power to/from H2 pins 51 & 52 from/to J390.
